Remarks

DynamoDB accepts the empty string as an element; both emulators and the service do. Elements are compared ordinally.

ReadElement(ref DynamoDbReader)

Reads the element the reader is positioned on, with the reader's getter for SetType. Reads nothing beyond the element.
