The state of the server-side encryption of a table with an AWS KMS key.

Fields

Unknown = 0

A state this library does not know yet, or none was reported.

Enabling = 1

Encryption with the KMS key is being switched on.

Enabled = 2

The table is encrypted with the KMS key.

Disabling = 3

Encryption with the KMS key is being switched off, back to the key that DynamoDB owns.

Disabled = 4

The table is not encrypted with a KMS key.

Updating = 5

The table is switching to another KMS key.

Remarks

A table encrypted with the key that DynamoDB owns reports no state: its SSEDescription is null.
